Can I cosplay a character from –insert fandom here–?

Provided that your costume is family friendly, you can cosplay any character from any fandom.  Keep in mind that there will be a lot of children in attendance.  They are the next generation of fans and traumatizing them for life is probably counter-productive.

Do guests charge for autographs? Can I photograph your guests?

While some guests will sign autographs at no charge, this is ultimately up to the guests’ individual discretion.

Please understand that guests may or may not pose for photographs with fans. Guests have a right to their privacy and if they ask not to have their picture taken, please respect their requests.

You’re welcome to take still pictures and video during your time at River City Comic Expo, as we love to see the hundreds of pictures everyone takes.  Please do not sit your belongings on someones table so that you can huddle up with your friends and take a picture.  That table is the vendors/artists and has their property on it and they do not want you sitting your items on it to take pictures.
