After numerous discussions, we have changed the way we book tables. You may choose your own dealer and artist spaces on a first come first serve basis. We have also changed to 10 foot by 10 foot spaces for vendors and 10 foot by 5 foot spaces for artists and writers.
In order to get the space you desire, we suggest you book your spaces as early as possible. Tables colored blue are SOLD.
Artists Alley — $125.00
Artist’s Alley Spaces are 10′ x 5′ and include one 6ft table, two chairs, and two badges.
Writers & Small Press — $125.00
Writers & Small Press spaces are 10′ x 5′ and include one 6ft table, two chairs, and two badges.
Vendor Spaces — $200.00
Vendor Spaces are 10′ x 10′ and include one 8ft table, two chairs, and two badges.
Weapons and drug paraphernalia merchandise are strictly prohibited. River City Comic Expo reserves the right to refuse the display of any merchandise which is of an illegal, immoral, adult oriented, or sexually explicit nature. Display of any such merchandise may result in expulsion of an exhibitor without refund. Exhibitors expressly agree to abide by these conditions on merchandise. By agreeing to exhibit at this event, the exhibitor hereby expressly contracts, promises, agrees, and covenants to indemnify, defend, hold harmless, protect, keep, and save River City Comic Expo, its owners, its assigns, its successors in interest, its venue, and/or any employee or volunteer of River City Comic Expo, forever harmless, free, and without liability of any kind from and/or for any and all damages, loss, theft, costs, court costs, attorney’s fees, liability, act of God, terrorism or any other expenses that may arise from exhibitor’s exhibiting at this event, including but not limited to full set-up, load-in, load-out, breakdown, run, and exit of the event, as well as retailing, advertising, marketing, employment practices, or any other civil or criminal claims.
We reserve the right to ask any exhibitor to leave at any time during the convention, due to inappropriate behavior or merchandise.
Vendor understands and agrees to any penalties for violating, breaking, or otherwise acting contradictory to policies and regulations, including but not limited to revocation of the Exhibitor status for the current and possible future conventions, forfeiture of vendor fees, and/or ejection from the convention.
Vendors will also be required to submit AR DFA Form ST-370. By purchasing exhibitor space the exhibitor declares that they have read, understand, and hereafter commit to comply with any and all policies and regulations of River City Comic Expo.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER MAY 1ST, 2016.
