Convention hours: Saturday, August 16th: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
This year, River City Comic Expo (RCCE) will be held at the Clear Channel Metroplex on Col. Glenn Rd in Little Rock. Due to cost increases associated with moving into a larger and more centrally located location we have made some changes in booth structure and pricing.
Hero (Single):
One (1) table and two (2) chairs. $50.00
Dynamic Duo (Double):
Two (2) tables and up to three (3) chairs. $80.00
Team (Triple):
Three (3) tables and up to four (4) chairs. $110.00
Society (Booth):
Four (4) tables and up to five (5) chairs. $140.00
League (Large Booth):
Six (6) tables and up to five (5) chairs. $200.00
Guild (Super Booth):
Eight (8) tables and up to five (5) chairs. $260.00
Weapons and drug paraphernalia merchandise are strictly prohibited. River City Comic Expo reserves the right to refuse the display of any merchandise which is of an illegal, immoral, adult oriented, or sexually explicit nature. Display of any such merchandise may result in expulsion of an exhibitor without refund. Exhibitors expressly agree to abide by these conditions on merchandise. By agreeing to exhibit at this event, the vendor hereby expressly contracts, promises, agrees, and covenants to indemnify, defend, hold harmless, protect, keep, and save River City Comic Expo, its owners, its assigns, its successors in interest, its venue, and/or any employee or volunteer of River City Comic Expo, forever harmless, free, and without liability of any kind from and/or for any and all damages, loss, theft, costs, court costs, attorney’s fees, liability, act of God, terrorism or any other expenses that may arise from exhibitor’s exhibiting at this event, including but not limited to full set-up, load-in, load-out, breakdown, run, and exit of the event, as well as retailing, advertising, marketing, employment practices, or any other civil or criminal claims. We reserve the right to ask any vendor to leave at any time during the convention, due to inappropriate behavior or merchandise.
Vendor understands and agrees to any penalties for violating, breaking, or otherwise acting contradictory to policies and regulations, including but not limited to revocation of the Vendor status for the current and possible future conventions, forfeiture of vendor fees, and/or ejection from the convention.
Vendors will also be required to submit AR DFA Form ST-370.
By completing and submitting this vendor application the vendor declares that they have read, understand, and hereafter commit to comply with any and all policies and regulations of River City Comic Expo.
