Dr. Travis Langley is a professor of psychology at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia where he teaches on the psychology of crime, media, and mental illness, and advises a thriving student organization known as the Legion of Nerds. He is best known as the author of the acclaimed book BATMAN AND PSYCHOLOGY: A DARK AND STORMY KNIGHT. Psychology Today carries his blog, “Beyond Heroes and Villains.” As @Superherologist, he is one of the 10 most popular psychologists on Twitter. He has been a child abuse investigator, rat trainer, and undefeated champion on the “Wheel of Fortune” game show. Dr. Langley is presently the editor and lead writer on Sterling Publishing’s popular culture psychology series, including the books THE WALKING DEAD PSYCHOLOGY, STAR WARS PSYCHOLOGY, GAME OF THRONES PSYCHOLOGY, and CAPTAIN AMERICA VS.
